Alice is a dedicated member of the Customer Support team, always ready to lend a hand to our customers and her colleagues. She's a master problem-solver, expertly handling complex customer issues and improving workflows for efficiency. Alice also plays a key role in maintaining our knowledge base, ensuring customers have the information they need. With a B.S. in Biology and a She Codes Basics certificate, Alice brings a diverse skill set to her role.

Outside of work, she enjoys surfing, gardening, exploring nature, reading, and spending time with her animals. Passionate about continuous learning, she thrives in a collaborative environment where can help both customers and the team succeed.
