Anya Doroshchuk

Anya helps keep people operations organized, engaging, and running smoothly. From recruiting and onboarding to employee events and HR administration, she works closely with leadership and the HR team to create a positive employee experience and support the people-first culture that makes AdvicePay unique.

With a background in Business Management and Administration, Anya discovered early in her career that one of her greatest strengths is building strong relationships and adapting to new challenges. That realization led her from administrative support into HR and recruiting, where she enjoys helping people feel supported, valued, and connected at every stage of their journey. Outside of work, Anya enjoys working out, hiking, dancing, and cooking or baking. She’s passionate about building meaningful relationships and contributing to a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and excited to be part of the team.
