Honor Randall

Honor writes and tests code, collaborating closely with the team to enhance the platform’s functionality for fee-for-service financial advisors. Her gives her a unique perspective: she's worked as a paraplanner for an independent financial advisor and supported advisors at a mid-size RIA, so she truly understands the industry's needs. Plus, her three years on the customer support team, onboarding early Enterprise adopters, provided valuable insights into the challenges advisors face. This experience ultimately led her to join the product team, where she's a fierce advocate for the user experience.

When she's not crafting code, Honor enjoys spending time with her family through activities like running, hiking, snowboarding, and exploring National Parks. She also loves cross-stitching and cooking/baking. Passionate about helping financial advisors create positive impacts on their clients’ lives, she’s excited to contribute to AdvicePay’s mission of empowering advisors to help clients live their best lives.
