Customer Support Manager
Jacob is the Customer Support Manager at AdvicePay, where he leads the support function end-to-end, from complex case resolution to building scalable processes that improve the advisor experience. He partners closely with product and engineering to ensure customer needs are understood, addressed, and translated into long-term product and operational improvements, with a focus on preventing issues before they happen.
Jacob holds an M.A. in Theological Studies from Liberty University and brings deep experience from Stripe, where he supported high-visibility payments and accounts and improved resolution efficiency through scalable support systems. He also previously led operations and community relations for a national nonprofit organization. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys life in Bozeman with his wife, Alley, and their two dogs, spending his time hunting, fishing, hiking, reading, and engaging with his church community.
