With a background in data parsing and Lean Six Sigma process improvement, Jaleesa brings an analytical approach to customer support. She is currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity and a Security+ certification to expand her technical expertise.
Passionate about financial empowerment, Jaleesa aligns with AdvicePay’s mission to simplify billing and payments so advisors can focus on delivering personalized advice. When she is not a customer support superhero, she enjoys indoor rowing, volunteering with the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida, tutoring students, and exploring new musical pursuits.
