Kaitlyn helps bring features from concept to completion as a Senior Software Engineer, building reliable, scalable technology that supports both advisors and the clients they serve. She works at the intersection of product engineering and system architecture, partnering closely across teams to deliver thoughtful, high-quality software experiences.

Prior to joining AdvicePay, Kaitlyn led frontend architecture and development for mission-critical aerospace applications and built financial technology platforms supporting account reconciliation, auditability, and accounting workflows grounded in GAAP principles. Her background gives her a unique perspective on balancing technical precision with practical user needs. Kaitlyn is especially passionate about making financial health more accessible and enjoys building technology that empowers advisors and clients through transparency and trust. Outside of work, she’s an avid baker, plant enthusiast, and loves going on walks with her outdoor cat, Romeo.
