Technical Support Engineer
Kalia is a Technical Support Engineer at AdvicePay, where she combines her love of problem-solving with a passion for helping customers succeed. She specializes in troubleshooting technical issues around API, SSO, and integrations, working closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, and Product Development to ensure firms get quick, effective resolutions. Beyond solving day-to-day challenges, Kalia is building out the foundation of AdvicePay’s technical support function, shaping processes, creating documentation, and feeding valuable customer insights back into product improvements. With a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems and Google certifications in Project Management and UX/UI, she brings both technical expertise and a customer-first mindset to her role.
Kalia’s journey at AdvicePay has been one of growth, transforming from task execution to leading onboarding projects with confidence and strategy. She loves being part of a team that feels more like friends, people who are dependable, collaborative, and fun to work with. When she’s not diving into product testing or bug reports, Kalia can be found playing video games, reading fantasy books, or bothering (and snuggling) her dog, CoCo.
