Kristen McRae

Kristen plays a key role in keeping AdvicePay’s financial operations running smoothly and accurately as the company’s Financial Controller. She focuses on ensuring compliance, maintaining high-quality financial reporting, and improving internal processes that support the growth of AdvicePay and AdvisorBOB. Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Public Administration.

Prior to joining AdvicePay, she spent nearly a decade at Montana State University in accounting and financial roles, supporting system and contract implementations that served the research and higher education community in Bozeman. Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her dog, crocheting during the winter months, and traveling across North America as a Pokémon Trading Card Game judge.
