Meghan Rauber

Meghan is the heart and soul of the AdvicePay team, making sure our team member experience is top-notch! From welcoming new faces and getting them up to speed to fostering a company culture where everyone can thrive, she's got it covered. She collaborates closely with leadership on key initiatives, policy creation, and learning programs. Plus, she's the mastermind behind our awesome team events! Meghan holds a B.A. from Plymouth State University and has earned SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications.

When she's not making AdvicePay a better place to work, you can find her hiking, snowboarding, traveling, reading, attending live music events, and exploring museums to deepen her knowledge of art history. Meghan loves that she's always learning and growing at AdvicePay, and we love having her!
