Minde Erickson

Minde builds secure, scalable software at AdvicePay as a Sr. Software Engineer, collaborating closely with Product to ensure solutions are both technically sound and user-focused. She brings over a decade of experience in SaaS development within highly regulated industries. Her previous roles include developer-level support at Oracle and nearly 12 years at Workiva, where she delivered complex, high-stakes software with a focus on quality and usability. Minde holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Exercise Science from Montana State University.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, biking, rock hounding, puzzles, and spending time outdoors with her twin boys and family.
