Paulina is the architect of AdvicePay's customer success processes, tools, and content that empower our team to consistently deliver exceptional, value-driven experiences. With a background in Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Homeland Security from the University of Colorado, she transitioned from the Federal Government to the tech industry. Since joining AdvicePay, she has developed a scalable project plan to systematically track Enterprise customers' onboarding progress, ensuring a seamless integration of the AdvicePay solution.
Outside of work, Paulina enjoys sailing, kayaking, hiking, and traveling with her partner. Passionate about inclusive access to financial services, she believes in the power of the fee-for-service model to expand financial planning opportunities for all.
