Scott Doty

Scott wears a few important hats at AdvicePay as the Head of Business Operations, and the company's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). With a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Auburn University, he has been instrumental in developing AdvicePay’s information security program, leading the company through its first SOC 2 Type II audit within ten months of his tenure and maintaining successful annual audits ever since.

When he's not keeping our digital world safe and sound, Scott enjoys hiking, cooking, fishing, capturing the beauty of Montana through photography, and exploring the outdoors. He also coaches the Bozeman Special Olympics teams in swimming, basketball, and bowling. A true cybersecurity advocate, Scott is dedicated to educating others on staying safe both professionally and personally. He values AdvicePay’s collaborative team and the opportunity to work with such a great group of people every day.
