Stina Hill

Connecting product strategy to real-world results is at the heart of Stina’s role as Senior Product Owner at AdvicePay. She oversees the full product lifecycle, from shaping ideas and managing sprints to collaborating with engineering, customer success, and marketing to deliver meaningful solutions for advisors and firms.

Stina holds a B.A. in Business Law & Ethics from West Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University, along with FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses. She has led initiatives that streamlined account opening workflows and supported large-scale data transformation efforts serving thousands of advisors. Outside of work, Stina enjoys sailing, learning guitar, attending theater productions, hosting themed dinner parties, and camping throughout Central Texas.
