All new users are offered a 14-day free trial to try AdvicePay. At the end of the 14-day free trial period, you’ll be charged the monthly AdvicePay subscription fee and automatically continue with your AdvicePay account.

Account Owners: upgrading or downgrading your plan is a cinch from your Settings! Just go to Firm Settings > Billing and click Change Plan. Select your desired plan and click Confirm Change.

The enterprise version of AdvicePay was built specifically to allow your firm to compliantly and efficiently manage one-time and recurring billing for multiple advisors. The enterprise login will allow you to fully control the AdvicePay system leveraging administrative level access to supervise all of your advisors.

On the Essential plan, advisors can issue standard one-time or subscription invoices. On Professional and Enterprise plans, advisors can access advanced payment features like adding an up-front payment to a subscription invoice, setting end-dates on subscriptions, and including a custom legal disclosure.

We have several tiers of advisor permission types on AdvicePay. Adding additional Full-Access, Standard, or Read-Only advisors to the account costs your advisor monthly fee. (No Login advisor entries do not have AdvicePay accounts, so they are free!) View our advisor permission types here

The ability to add multiple advisors is only available on Professional and Enterprise plans.

AdvicePay's ACH fees are 1.5% and the credit card fees are 3.5% + $0.30/transaction.

For our Enterprise Plus users, discounted transaction fees are available based on volume. Contact us to get your custom pricing.

On AdvicePay, you can accept payments through the following:
