Complete Fee Schedule
The following fees apply to your use of AdvicePay, as outlined in our Terms of Use and applicable customer agreements. All fees are subject to change with notice in accordance with contract terms.
Note: Fees marked with an asterisk (*) apply only to contracted customers. Enterprise customers should refer to their Order Form for custom pricing terms.

Essential Subscription Fee
$10/month
Billed monthly starting two weeks after account approval.
Professional Subscription Fee
$50/user/month
Billed monthly starting two weeks after account approval.
Credit Card Transaction Fee
3.5% + $0.30 per transaction
Applied to each credit card payment. Automatically deducted before payout.
ACH Transaction Fee
1.5% per transaction
Minimum of $0.30. Applied to each ACH payment. Automatically deducted before payout.
Foreign Currency Processing Fee
+1.5% per transaction
Applies when foreign payment methods are used. An additional 1% applies if currency conversion is required. Automatically deducted before payout.
Failed ACH Payment Fee
$4 per failed transaction
Applied when a client’s ACH payment fails due to insufficient funds or bank issues.
ACH Dispute Fee
$15 per dispute
Assessed when an ACH dispute is initiated. This fee and the original payment amount are withdrawn from your account. Non-refundable.
Card Dispute Fee
$15 per dispute
Charged when a credit card payment is disputed. If resolved in your favor, this fee is refunded.
Card Dispute Countering Fee
$15 per dispute
Charged when submitting evidence to counter a card dispute. Refunded if the dispute is resolved in your favor
*New Bank Certification Fee (FTNI)
$1,000 one-time
Applies when certifying a new bank for FTNI.
*Previously Certified Bank Setup (FTNI)
$500 one-time
Applies when restablishing a bank previously certified for FTNI.
*Check (FTNI) Transaction Fee
1% per month
Calculated monthly. Entire transaction amount is deposited; fees are billed separately on the first of the month.
