Less Noise,
More Proof
Guardrails that keep planning-fee engagements moving, with an auditable record from first touch through closure or cancellation.
Less Noise
During the Work
Auto-process the routine, route the exceptions, keep the proof.
Identity you can stand behind
When an advisor's email matches an approved and configured domain, client-facing emails can come from that advisor identity. If there's no match, the system safely falls back to the default AdvicePay address.
“The first invoice email isn't just a notification. It's a supervision moment, and controlling sender identity helps firms reduce client confusion, cut workflow noise, and keep comms aligned with the advisor or brand clients already know.”
Route the exceptions, not everything
Define nuanced "if/then" approval rules in a centralized hub. Routine engagements take advantage of pass-through processing, while higher-risk engagements route for approval.
If the engagement doesn't match the approval conditions, it continues through the workflow automatically.
If the engagement data meets the approval conditions, it's sent for manual approval before processing.
If there is a system error or missing data, AdvicePay defaults to requiring manual approval to reduce risk.
Cancellation that closes the loop
When subscriptions end early, trigger the right deliverables and keep everything visible for audit readiness. Standardize workflows so the last mile doesn't depend on personal templates or memory.
“The real risk isn't the cancellation. It's what happens next, and whether your firm has a standard workflow, a clear audit trail, and a consistent offboarding process.”
