Paulina, our Customer Success Enablement Manager, helps optimize processes and tools to empower our team to deliver a top-tier customer experience. With degrees in Psychology, Criminal Justice, and Homeland Security from the University of Colorado, she brings experience from a background in Federal Government prior to pivoting to the tech industry years ago. Outside of work, Paulina enjoys playing saxophone in an Austin-based community band, sailing whenever and wherever she can, and cheering on the Cleveland Cavs during basketball season.
